1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the bdx8 platform is conditioned upon your full acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Your continued use of the bdx8 platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bdx8 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website, but the absence of such notification does not relieve you of the obligation to remain informed of the current Terms.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by bdx8

bdx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or sustained responsible gaming concerns.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdx8 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within 14 business days. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to access their account balance, place bets, or request withdrawals.

9.2 Closure by the Player
